Shipping Policy
Online orders will always be processed no later than 3 business days of receiving. Usually, orders will be shipped the day of or day after your order is placed. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after being packed and handed over to the U.S. post office. This depends on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Rogers, AR.
In-Store Pickup is available at our store located in Rogers, AR (212 S. 1st St., Rogers, AR 72756).
- Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be ready to be picked up in store (however, we are usually much quicker)!
- We will send an e-mail when it is ready.
- Please do not choose this option if you are not local to Rogers, AR and are going to take longer than 10 days to pick up your order. If you take longer than 10 days without contacting us, we will cancel your order and refund with store credit. Please keep our business hours in mind as in-store orders can only be picked up when we are open!
Orders CANNOT be canceled after being placed. PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.
Lost Packages
"OMG! MY PACKAGE STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED... WHAT DO I DO?!"
Hey girl- Don't worry! This happens to some people every now and then. Typically, this just means it was sorted wrong at the post office and it is still on its way. Unfortunately, we cannot see anything else more on our end vs. what you can see, nor do we have a special number or contact for any of their offices. Once we hand your package over to The United States Post Office (USPS), it is their job to get it to you, and usually they do a pretty good job of that!
But sometimes things happen, that is why we always suggest adding our returns & shipping insurance with every order for as little as $2.48. This will insure that you will be fully refunded if you do not get your order delivered to you. If you do not purchase insurance, Olivia Frank & Co. is in no was responsible for your missing package and cannot offer any refunds or store credit.
