We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy + procedure below. 

• REGULAR PRICED items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. 
• If redo is toggled on, customers are eligible for a refund of store credit or back to their original payment.
• If redo is toggled off, customers are only eligible for a refund of store credit.
• A refund for returned items will NOT be given until we receive your item(s).
• ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS and items discounted more than 30% off ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND.
• All returned items must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION, unwashed and unworn. Items must be free of oders, pet hair, makeup stains, deodorant stains or similar stains. Tags must still be attached.
• If redo is toggled off it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping on any returns. 

Damaged/ Lost Items

• If you receive an item and it is damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. If you have worn and washed an item, we do not consider this a damage and will not give you any type of credit toward it. Please be conscious of the washing and care instructions located on the tags. 

*NOTE: redo will automatically toggle on at checkout. For as little as $2.48, you will have access to do a returns or exchange with NO additional cost to you. It also protects you if your package gets lost in the mail. It's totally up to you if you want to cover each & every order with the redo fee. However, please note if you don't choose this option, Olivia Frank & Co. is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost packages.*

Online orders will always be processed no later than 3 business days of receiving. Usually, orders will be shipped the day of or day after your order is placed. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after being packed and handed over to the U.S. post office. This depends on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Rogers, AR. 

In-Store Pickup is available at our store located in Rogers, AR (212 S. 1st St., Rogers, AR 72756). 

• Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be ready to be picked up in store (however, we are usually much quicker)! 
• We will send an e-mail when it is ready. 
• Please do not choose this option if you are not local to Rogers, AR and are going to take longer than 10 days to pick up your order. If you take longer than 10 days without contacting us, we will cancel your order and refund with store credit. Please keep our business hours in mind as in-store orders can only be picked up when we are open!

Orders CANNOT be canceled after being placed. PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.
